Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Jakarta's UMKM sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and needs assessment
- Present Majoo's technology solutions tailored to client business requirements
- Drive sales cycle from prospecting to closure while exceeding targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with product teams to refine solutions based on client feedback
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian SME landscape and pain points
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
