Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular consultations and exceptional service.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized packaging solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach to selling.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage).
