Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the fintech sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Present Decibelâs payment solutions to merchants, demonstrating ROI and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and create targeted outreach materials.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecast using CRM tools, providing regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting fintech.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customerâcentric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Selfâmotivated, goalâoriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to travel within Batangas and surrounding areas as needed.
