Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the construction, logistics, and industrial sectors.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Astra’s trucks, heavy equipment, and cranes.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and client meetings in and around Metro Manila.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation is a plus.
