Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients, highlighting value and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and sales challenges.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and own transport for client visits within the designated area.
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
