Maica Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Lunas, Kedah. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our product portfolio to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Present, demonstrate, and promote products to customers through meetings, calls, and site visits
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Kedah region
