Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales activities and pipeline data.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license, willing to travel within the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new products and technologies.
