We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales revenue and expanding our customer base.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries from diverse channels such as walk-in clients, company-generated leads, and social media platforms. You will be tasked with following up on these inquiries, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals efficiently. Building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers will be a cornerstone of your success in this role.
You will work closely with the marketing department to leverage lead generation campaigns and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and our product/service offerings to effectively address customer needs and provide solutions that add value.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license for client visits (if applicable)
- Fluent in English and Malay (preferred)
