We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting our premium WPC product lines, and driving sales growth across the Jawa Timur region.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and construction companies to provide solutions that meet their building material needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, contractors, and construction companies
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and site visits
  • Present and demonstrate WPC product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery
  • Provide post-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or building materials
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Jawa Timur region
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of WPC or construction materials is an advantage
