Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the ASEAN region.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market analysis.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company brand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin (or relevant ASEAN languages).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Singapore Employment Pass is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
