Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address service-related concerns or coordination issues.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate sales lead information.
  • Support the senior sales team in preparing presentations, sales collateral, and market research.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing and potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
