Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and deliver tailored product/service presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive account retention, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide valuable feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and activity reports within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Executive or in a similar external sales role (minimum 1 - 2 years).
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales principles, customer service, and territory management.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline and also thrive as part of a high-energy team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Possess own transportation and willingness to travel to client sites primarily within the Klang Valley area.
