We are scaling our Singapore team and looking for 10 driven Sales Executives to join our mission of digitizing the global fleet and workforce management industry.

Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze customer operational challenges and recommend tailored smart mobility SaaS solutions to improve efficiency and safety.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery and proposal drafting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to refine market strategies and ensure successful client onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the mobility sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS, telematics, or software solutions industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter-oriented role.
- Strong resilience and a positive attitude toward cold-calling and business development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and consultative selling methodologies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly advantageous.
