Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain fulfillment and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
