Responsibilities
- Build and manage a structured B2B sales pipeline targeting businesses that need technology solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to tailor solutions for each client.
- Deliver product demonstrations and create compelling proposals for key stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams.
- Nurture long-term client relationships, pursue upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to position Bonfire offerings effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-3 years in B2B technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a fast paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events.
