As part of the sales team, you will participate in regular product training sessions to stay updated on BYDâs latest technology and features. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell brandânew BYD passenger cars to individual and corporate customers.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives that highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and followâup activities.
- Provide consultative sales advice, including financing options, tradeâin evaluations, and ownership cost analysis.
- Deliver outstanding afterâsales service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and BYD product updates through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with electric or new energy vehicles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a customerâcentric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
- Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence; ability to conduct test drives.
- Knowledge of BYDâs product lineup and a genuine interest in sustainable mobility solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by showroom operations.
