Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales volume and market share targets within assigned modern on-trade accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key customers in the on-trade channel.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the central region.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and brand activations at customer outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and product placement agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless account management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or alcohol industry.
  • Proven track record in modern on-trade or hospitality account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
