Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for BYD commercial trucks in the Singapore market.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients, including logistics companies, fleet operators, government agencies, and other B2B customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients and present tailored solutions demonstrating the value proposition of BYD's commercial vehicle range.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipelines using CRM tools, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets.
