Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, proposals, and contracts in alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent command of English; additional language skills are an asset for client communication.
- Must be comfortable with an alternate Saturday work schedule.
