Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the flavor and food ingredients market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and sell company's flavor and food ingredient solutions to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and client feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in flavor, food ingredients, or food industry
- Strong understanding of flavor and food ingredients market and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
