In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Account Manager team in managing customer registrations, engaging in price negotiations to secure better deals, and drafting professional project quotations.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Manager in managing the sales pipeline and handling customer registrations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to ensure competitive advantage.
- Draft and prepare professional project quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field; Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Penang for client meetings.
