Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the Central region.
  • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for travel within the Central region.
