Responsibilities
- Conducting face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations within the indoor showroom.
- Managing the entire sales process, including identifying leads, conducting needs analysis, and presenting proposals.
- Preparing and issuing accurate quotations and sales contracts in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating a comprehensive database of customers and sales activities.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in indoor sales or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
