As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with clients ranging from homeowners to commercial developers. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring that every project is executed to our high standards of quality and design excellence. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking within the interior design and construction sectors.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to showcase our design concepts, products, and value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and consultation to closing and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Provide regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for project-based commissions.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to stay updated on interior design trends and market demands.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with interior design software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans or basic technical drawings is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage for local market engagement.
