Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers in local and international markets through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while adhering to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in both local and international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overseas as required.
  • Valid driving license and own transport.
