Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key accounts
- Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to generate leads
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is an added advantage
