In this role, you will be the face of DDG Glass, tasked with identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders, and managing your sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets in the Selangor region.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and site visits to proposal submission and final closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project managers.
- Provide expert product consultation and solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of professional integrity.
