Bidfood is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the modern trade and retail segments across Shah Alam and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that expand market share, strengthen key account relationships, and deliver measurable revenue results. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to modern trade and retail channels.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities and inâstore merchandising.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG, retail, or modern trade.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Selangor/Klang Valley region.
- Selfâmotivated, resultsâdriven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
