Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Penanshin's client base and market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver integrated client solutions.
