We are a leading regional firm specializing in high-quality outdoor infrastructure, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative product solutions and key industry stakeholders, including architects, town councils, and property developers.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the landscapes of Singapore’s residential and estate projects. We provide a competitive base salary, a generous commission structure, and a $1,000 transport allowance to ensure you are well-supported as you traverse the city to meet clients and close deals. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, town council representatives, and property developers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the regional estate and infrastructure sector.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare professional quotations, tenders, and sales proposals that reflect our high product standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery from pitch to installation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the outdoor recreation space.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, landscaping, or outdoor equipment industries.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings or blueprints is highly advantageous.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driving license (preferred) to effectively utilize the transport allowance for site visits.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
