Job Description

PT NIRO CERAMIC SALES INDONESIA (PT NCSI), a subsidiary of PT NIRO Granite Group, designs and distributes NIRO ceramic products across Indonesia. We are a growing leader in the retail and building materials sphere, delivering high-quality ceramic tiles and related solutions to homes, offices, and commercial spaces. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Pekanbaru team in Riau to expand our local footprint, build lasting partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing market strategies, engaging with retailers, showrooms, and distributors, and representing the NIRO brand with professionalism and integrity. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure a superior customer experience from inquiry through delivery. Key responsibilities include cultivating strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering effective product demonstrations that highlight NIRO's durability, design, and value. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Territory Sales Plans to meet or exceed targets in Pekanbaru and surrounding areas.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage retailers, showrooms, and distributors as NIRO brand partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; serve as the primary contact for inquiries, quotes, and after-sales support.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; oversee order processing and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; provide actionable insights to marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales pipeline, and report weekly performance to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, and local events or trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; equivalent work experience also acceptable.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in retail, consumer goods, or building materials; ceramics experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software; strong organizational and data-analysis abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Pekanbaru and surrounding areas.
  • Fluent Indonesian; English language skills are a plus.
