Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in the Woodlands area and travel as needed.
