Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across the Klang Valley region through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct professional virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking all client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to refine sales pitches and promotional campaigns.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activity, market trends, and feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Strong negotiation skills and a resilient, 'can-do' attitude towards overcoming objections.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team goals.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
