You will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and ensuring our products remain the preferred choice for contractors and developers alike.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Proactively plan and implement sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in construction standards.
  • Provide technical product consultation to clients, ensuring they select the optimal roofing solutions for their projects.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and project quotations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to project closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of roofing materials.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or roofing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred to facilitate effective client communication.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to facilitate travel to client sites.
