Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients in the stone materials and surfaces market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase material applications.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product specifications and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction, interior design, or building materials.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as required.
