You will be the primary point of contact for customers from initial discovery through implementation, translating complex requirements into practical specifications and compelling value propositions.
As part of a collaborative team, you will manage the full sales cycle, qualify leads, present technical demonstrations, prepare precise quotations, and coordinate with engineering, project management, and installers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand budgets and ROI drivers, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while safeguarding company profitability. You will also maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and contribute to market intelligence to inform product strategy.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within target industries and key accounts in Singapore, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and installers to understand requirements and drive long-term partnerships.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender responses aligned with customer needs and project budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, and installers) to ensure timely project delivery and successful deployments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to articulate features, benefits, and ROI for complex solutions.
- Negotiate terms, forecast revenue, and close deals while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain thorough CRM records, track pipeline activity, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in ICT/IT solutions or industrial automation.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand customer requirements and map to product capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting to manage pipelines and forecasts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel within Singapore as required.
