Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the Kabupaten Malang area to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in local language (Bahasa Indonesia); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle for field operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional, positive attitude.
