Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for service contracts in the building engineering sector
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Present and explain technical service solutions clearly, tailoring proposals to meet client needs
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewals and upselling of additional services
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver seamless service delivery and resolve client concerns
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on market insights to management
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B, service contracts, or engineering environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline (advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is a plus
