Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach for Synca Smartboards.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with school administrators and creative directors.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or technology-related sales roles.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the Metro Manila area as required for client meetings.
