We are looking for a brand ambassador who combines automotive passion with a consultative sales approach. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the innovative features of the Zeekr lineup, facilitating test drives, and building long-term relationships. As part of our premium team, you will receive extensive product training and ongoing support to ensure you succeed in a competitive and growing EV market in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers interested in premium electric vehicles.
  • Conduct high-quality vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique technological and performance features of Zeekr cars.
  • Provide professional consultation to customers to understand their mobility needs and recommend suitable models and financing options.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to track interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to organize events, launches, and promotional activities.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs as set by management.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry and electric vehicle technology.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed and a resilient attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business demands.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
