Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to maximize productivity
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service
- Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their professional development
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports for management review
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
- Strategic thinking with the ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology sales is highly preferred
