Private Advertiser is actively seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a motivated sales team in Bonifacio Global City, Manila. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in sales leadership, with a preference for professionals who have worked in BPO or fintech environments. As a Sales Manager you will own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and post-sale account management. You will partner with marketing to optimize messaging, with product to tailor solutions, and with customer success to ensure long-term client satisfaction. You will forecast revenue, monitor performance metrics, and coach your team to improve win rates, average deal size, and sales cycle velocity. A data-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for BPO and fintech verticals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to optimize messaging, offers, and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor sales activities, coach underperformers, and implement targeted training programs.
- Ensure adherence to processes, compliance, and data privacy standards across the sales cycle.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably within the BPO or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (eg, Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation abilities with senior-level clients.
