Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities for cloud PBX and VoIP solutions through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Conduct virtual and on-site product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customise solutions based on client requirements.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings and emerging trends in unified communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, cloud services, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to sell technology solutions (cloud PBX, VoIP, or UCaaS) to C-level executives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work from Cebu and travel within the region for client meetings as needed.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
