Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3‑5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within Selangor as needed.
