Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share in the Perak region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance and achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer retention.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
- Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategies with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Perak.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.
