Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth in Bali and beyond.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently surpass individual and collective performance targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine our product positioning and sales approach.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for executive management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and brand visibility.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding complex sales quotas and business targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the local Bali business landscape and networking capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
