Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adjust strategies.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the Calabarzon & Mimaropa region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 3â5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Inâdepth knowledge of the Philippine real estate market and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make dataâdriven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate broker license is a plus.
