Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client reach in the East Region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact IT solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and project management teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance forecasts to senior leadership.
- Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive repeat business and client retention.
- Stay abreast of IT industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT or Software solution industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
