Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and collective performance targets are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting in key sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales efforts with product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipelines, address challenges, and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Must be based in or willing to work in Subabasbas, Cebu.
