In this pivotal role, you will own the full sales pipeline—from lead generation through closing deals—while optimizing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead qualification, nurturing, and closing deals for Pixlr's products and subscription programmes.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize conversion rates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to refine product positioning and pricing.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff to elevate overall team capability and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, software, or creative technology industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) effectively.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Experience in the Southeast Asian market and familiarity with local business practices is highly desirable.
